新浪科技讯 3月4日下午消息，今日，阿里千问核心负责人林俊旸官宣将从千问项目step down（卸任）引发广泛关注。新浪科技从内部渠道了解到，事实上，早在一个月以前，林俊旸便已开始准备step down（卸任）事宜，此次官宣“离职”并非毫无准备。但截至发稿，阿里官方并未对此消息进行任何回应。

　　据知情人士最新透露消息，在林俊旸官宣离职信息后，阿里内部召开了All Hands会议沟通会议，包括阿里巴巴董事长兼CEO吴泳铭，阿里巴巴首席人才官蒋芳、阿里云CTO周靖人等在内的多人做出了多方回应。

　　在阿里集团方面看来，公司是模型公司，Qwen是集团的事，而不只是基模的事，集团来做大闭环是要快速发展，Qwen是集团最重要的事情，希望人才来扩大，必然涉及到阵型变化，用junyang（林俊旸）一个人的脑子来处理肯定高效，但站着jingren（周靖人）的角度，需要考虑把zhouhao（新引入的周浩）放在什么位置上比较高效，全过程没有考虑过政治因素。

　　此次事件中，吴泳铭出席内部会并指出，“中国国情特殊，资源很难大家都满意，应该更早知道资源（分配）的问题，同时表态Qwen是第一优先级，尽了中国CEO最大的努力”。

　　关于林俊旸的动向，据传蒋芳于内部会上回应称：“公司不能接受非理性的要求不计代价来挽留”，但对于林俊旸去留如何，阿里方面并未最终给出明确答复。
