3月4日，周黑鸭发布公告：本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(报告期间)总收入将在人民币25.2亿元至人民币25.5亿元之间，相比2024年同期总收入人民币24.51亿元增长约2.8%至4.0%；及报告期间利润将在人民币1.5亿元至人民币1.65亿元之间，相比2024年同期利润约人民币9820万元增长约52.7%至68.0%。
有关增长主要得益于门店经营的提效与渠道拓展的突破。本集团2025年聚焦门店结构优化，单店经营效率显著提升;同时，本集团成立了渠道事业部，大力拓展多元化渠道客户，实现业务的多点开花。叠加原材料成本下降、供应链效率提升以及对销售与管理费用的精益管控，综合提升了整体盈利能力。
