Livingstone Health (SGX:PRH) completed the proposed acquisition of Wellington through its subsidiary, Phoenix Medical Group, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
In an earlier filing, the subsidiary had agreed to acquire the sole proprietor of the London (MH) Clinic & Surgery for around SG$1.3 million.
