智通财经APP讯，有赞(08083)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度(2025年度)取得：(i)净利润介乎约人民币1.54亿元至人民币1.64亿元，2024年同期为净亏损约人民币1.66亿元，净利润扭亏为盈。
及(ii)本集团2025年度的净利润主要得益(a)收益同比小幅提升，较2024年增加约2.7%至3.5%(2024年：约人民币14.42亿元);(b)股权结算股份支付款项金额大幅下降至2025年的约人民币1900万元(2024年：约人民币1.74亿元);及(c)2025年未发生无形资产摊销费用(2024年：约人民币8000万元)。
