ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，摩根士丹利向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了 S-1 表格，披露其计划中的 Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust 将使用 Coinbase Custody 和 Bank of New York Mellon（BNY Mellon）作为比特币托管方。
根据提交文件，该信托基金将主要采用离线冷存储保管比特币，私钥将与互联网断开连接以降低黑客风险。BNY Mellon 还将担任基金管理人、转账代理和现金托管人，负责处理与 ETF 交易相关的会计、股东记录和现金流。
