航天工程公司 PLD Space 周三宣布，已完成一轮 1.8 亿欧元（约合 2.09 亿美元）股权融资，三菱电机参与了本轮投资，公司旨在借此提升火箭发射能力。

　　此次融资正值美国总统特朗普推行 “美国优先” 政策、俄乌冲突持续之际，欧洲正加速在国防、太空运营等多个领域提升自主能力。

　　这家西班牙公司表示，C 轮融资（初创企业常用的融资机制，用于拓展新市场、开发产品或筹备上市）将助力其向商业化运营转型，并扩大工业与发射能力。

　　公司补充称，截至目前累计融资已超 3.5 亿欧元。

　　2023 年，PLD Space 成功发射欧洲首枚完全由私营企业研发的火箭。公司表示，将利用Miura-5 火箭为三菱电机提供面向日本及全亚洲的小型卫星发射服务。

　　Miura-5 火箭以西班牙著名斗牛品种命名，计划于 2026 年完成首次试飞，预计到 2030 年，其商业发射量将超过每年 30 次。

　　公司称，西班牙技术与创新发展中心，以及为私人投资提供融资的西班牙半国有企业 COFIDES（西班牙发展融资公司）也参与了本轮融资。
