智通财经APP讯，HOME CONTROL(01747)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度(年内)将取得本公司拥有人应占年内溢利较2024年同期增加约150%至200%。
董事会认为，上述年内溢利增加在一定程度上归因于(i)医疗保健解决方案的销售增长带动业务表现改善，占本集团总收入的比例由2024年约14%增长至年内约21%。医疗保健解决方案的销售的毛利率高于控制解决方案的销售，对本集团利润率整体上升有所贡献;及(ii)并无去年确认的按摊销成本计量的金融资产的一次性减值拨备亏损。
