智通财经APP讯，中聚投资(01959)发布公告，公司董事会注意到，公司股份的交易价格及成交量近期出现异常波动。经作出一切在相关情况下有关本公司的合理查询后，董事会确认，其并不知悉(1)导致公司股份交易价格及成交量出现该等波动的任何原因;(2)任何为避免公司证券出现虚假市场而须公布的资料;或(3)任何根据《证券及期货条例》(香港法例第571章 )第 XIVA部须予披露的内幕消息。
此外，董事会注意到，有消息称公司已与一家公司就大健康、AI技术等领域的战略投资订立谅解备忘录。董事会谨此澄清，公司并无订立相关谅解备忘录。
董事会亦确认，集团的业务营运维持正常，且集团的业务营运及财务状况并无重大变动。
