　　据晚点latepost3月4日报道，大钲资本竞得蓝瓶咖啡（Blue Bottle Coffee），即将和雀巢完成交易。一位接近瑞幸的人士表示，大钲买下蓝瓶咖啡全球门店，雀巢将保留蓝瓶的咖啡机和胶囊业务。另一位接近大钲的人士称，目前交易已签字，尚未完成交割。

　　据公开资料，大钲资本是2017年由黎辉创立的私募股权基金管理公司，2018年，大钲资本在瑞幸咖啡的A轮入场。2020年瑞幸遭遇财务造假危机后，大钲主导了对瑞幸的危机重组与价值再造，成为控股股东。2025年4月30日，瑞幸咖啡宣布，郭谨一不再担任公司董事长，董事会已批准黎辉重新加入董事会并担任董事长职务的任命。

　　蓝瓶咖啡与瑞幸咖啡是完全不同的品牌定位。这个诞生于美国加州奥克兰的精品咖啡品牌，由单簧管演奏家詹姆斯·弗里曼（James Freeman）2002年创立，以其对咖啡品质的极致追求和独特的店铺美学闻名。2017年，雀巢以约4.25亿美元收购了蓝瓶咖啡68%的股权。窄门餐眼数据显示，截至2026年2月12日，蓝瓶咖啡在中国拥有15家门店。
