智通财经APP讯，多牛科技(01961)发布公告，于2026年3月4日(交易时段后)，配售代理与本公司订立配售协议，据此，配售代理已有条件同意按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人以配售价每股配售股份0.35港元认购最多1.47亿股配售股份。配售股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。
假设于本公告日期至完成期间本公司已发行股本概无变动，则配售事项项下最高数目1.47亿股配售股份相当于(i)于本公告日期本公司已发行股本约20%;及(ii)经发行及配发配售股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本约16.67%。配售价每股配售股份0.35港元较(i)股份于2026年3月4日在联交所所报收市价每股0.305港元溢价约14.75%。
假设配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为5140万港元及5080万港元，相当于每股配售股份约0.3459港元的发行价净额。本公司拟将有关所得款项净额用于(i)本集团的业务营运及一般营运资金;(ii)进一步研发游戏产品及人工智能产品;及(iii)加强及多元化发展本集团的游戏板块并促进维持广告平台上的流量。
