Man Wah (HKG:1999) granted share awards involving nearly 2.9 million shares to 24 employees under a 2024 incentive scheme, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The shares represent around 0.07% of the furniture company's issued share capital.
Following the grant, the firm has over 371.7 million shares available for future grants under the scheme.
