智通财经APP讯，优必选(09880)发布公告，2026年3月4日，无锡优奇(根据上市规则为本公司的附属公司)与天奇自动化工程签订了新框架协议，无锡优奇集团同意在2026年3月4日至2028年12月31日期间向天奇自动化工程集团提供天奇自动化工程产品及服务。
于2026年3月4日，董事会议决建议本公司申请银行信贷，以确保本公司银行信贷的延续性及更好地支持本公司的业务扩展。根据贷款银行的要求，本公司的银行信贷申请须经股东批准。
截至2026年、2027年及2028年12月31日止财政年度各年，估计天奇自动化工程集团就购买天奇自动化工程产品及服务应向无锡优奇集团支付的最高购买价分别将不超过人民币2.5亿元、人民币2亿元及人民币1.5亿元。
由于天奇自动化工程集团为知名的智能设备自动化服务提供商，拥有汽车智能设备及锂电池回收方面的专业知识，考虑到(其中包括)汽车及汽车零部件行业客户的重大收入贡献，董事认为，对天奇自动化工程集团的持续销售及与天奇自动化工程集团维持业务关系可促进本集团的业务发展及提升声誉。
