Lincotrade & Associates (SGX:BFT) associate, Linc Venture Land, unveiled a freehold residential project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, caclled The Shang Residence, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the interior fitting-out services company were up nearly 2% in Tuesday trading.
The Shang Residence is expected to be launched by June this year, with the project slated for completion by 2029.
