新浪科技讯 3月2日午间消息，近日，针对伊朗及中东地区局势可能对行程造成的影响，携程平台已组成专项小组，跟进事件最新动态。

　　携程表示，酒店方面，针对2月28日17时前预订中东多国（包括伊拉克，约旦，黎巴嫩 ，阿联酋，叙利亚 ，科威特 ，卡塔尔 ，沙特阿拉伯，土耳其，巴林，伊朗，以色列，阿曼，也门），且出行日期为2月28日至3月5日的订单，平台已开启兜底保障，联合商家一起为需要退订的用户承担退订损失。机票方面，截至3月1日11点，国内已有国航、东航、海航、深航、南航、川航等发布了涉及中东地区航班客票特殊处理方案。我们将第一时间同步政策，为需要退改的旅客提供协助。目前，国内外航空公司的相关政策还在陆续发布中。携程也将密切关注政策和局势的发展，及时同步相关政策，还请各位旅客关注航空公司官网或携程旅行app的相关信息。旅游度假产品方面，出发日期在2月28日起至3月14日前，因受局势影响，因航班取消等无法前往行程目的地或行程中滞留（含行程约定转机地）的携程旅游用户，携程将启动“重大灾害旅游体验保障金”予以保障。对无法出行订单最终退订损失予以保障，对游客滞留期间产生的住宿费用按灾害体验保障金约定进行补贴。

　　携程表示，用户如遇紧急情况，可随时联系携程客服95010，或在携程app搜索“SOS“选择相关支援服务。后续携程也将密切关注事件进展情况，及时为广大用户提供保障。
