智通财经APP讯，皓文控股(08019)发布公告，于2026年3月1日，本公司与澄迈钧立订立补充谅解备忘录。
补充谅解备忘录载列(其中包括)：(i)本公司拟透过配售代理根据特别授权配售最多1.06亿股本公司新股份(占本公司经扩大已发行股本之约22.94%);及(ii)澄迈钧立拟认购根据可能配售事项将配发及发行的最多1.06亿股新股份。
董事认为，可能认购事项及可能配售事项为筹集额外资金以满足本集团一般营运资金需要及增强本集团财务状况的良机。董事相信，可能认购事项及可能配售事项将有利于本集团之长远发展并拓宽其股东及资本基础，从而推动其未来增长及业务发展。
