BrightSpring Health Services (BTSG) said late Monday that a secondary offering of 20 million common shares of the company by certain stockholders has been priced at $41.15 per share.
The company has authorized the concurrent purchase of 1,464,807 of the shares from the offering's underwriter.
BrightSpring said the offering is expected to close Wednesday.
