3月2日，特海国际（09658/HDL）发布公告，公司预计2025年收入不低于8.4亿美元，去年同期则为7.78亿美元；预计归母净利润不低于3400万美元，去年同期则约为2180万美元。
公告指出，公司归母净利润增长主要由于汇兑收益净额增长。公司预计2025年汇兑收益净额为1400万美元，去年同期则亏损1970万美元。
然而，公司餐厅层面经营利润率较上年有所下降，主要由于2025年上半年采取主动让利策略，持续增加对顾客、员工的投入，导致员工成本、原材料成本及其他营业开支出现预期性增加。
