ChainCatcher 消息，由 12 家欧盟银行组成的 Qivalis 集团正在与加密货币交易所、做市商和流动性提供商进行深入洽谈，以确保其开发的欧元稳定币在下半年推出时能在受监管平台上获得充足流动性。
该集团包括 ING、UniCredit、BNP Paribas、CaixaBank 和 BBVA 等银行，旨在为欧盟提供一个替代美元主导稳定币市场的欧洲选择，增强欧盟在支付领域的战略自主性。Qivalis CEO Jan Sell 表示，这款稳定币将采用 1:1 储备金机制，其中至少 40% 为银行存款，其余部分将配置为高质量、短期的欧元区主权债券。储备金将分散存放在多家高评级信用机构，并支持持币者全天候赎回。
