Victory Metals Reports Total Rare Earth Oxide Concentration Upgrade at Western Australia Project; Shares Up 10%

Victory Metals (ASX:VTM) delivered an upgrade in total rare earth oxide (TREO) concentration from raw ore following results from first-pass sighter flotation test work from its North Stanmore project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The testwork on representative 1,251 parts per million TREO head grade upgraded the TREO to a peak concentrate grade of 5.9% TREO, the filing said.

Additionally, flotation optimization will be conducted using mineral resource estimate grade ore, followed by bulk flotation to produce concentrate, per the filing.

Shares rose 10% in afternoon trade on Tuesday.
