凤凰网科技讯 3月3日，据博主“德卤爱开车”晒出的华住集团组织部任命公告，原乐道汽车总裁艾铁成加入华住集团，被任命为华住集团首席增长官（CGO），向集团首席执行官金辉汇报。
任命公告称，艾铁成将负责市场部、华住会、营销技术中心的日常管理，全面统筹集团增长战略规划与落地，负责会员增长、流量运营、数据驱动增长体系、品牌营销、新场景与新业务增长探索，同时协助分管华住高端品牌事业集群。
艾铁成毕业于天津大学，加入华住之前曾任蔚来汽车高级副总裁、乐道汽车总裁、WeWork 大中华区总经理、上海迪士尼度假区市场部副总裁、洲际酒店集团大中华区首席市场官、副总裁等职位。
艾铁成于2025年4月2日通过乐道App发表文章宣布离职，表示未让乐道L60达到与其产品力相匹配的销量。
