智通财经APP讯，中国再保险(01508)公布，由于工作安排的变动，伍秀薇女士不再担任公司公司秘书，亦不再担任公司授权代表，自2026年2月28日起生效。
此外，曹顺明先生与钟曼娜女士已获委任为公司联席公司秘书。由于曹顺明先生现时并未具备《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》第3.28条及第8.17条所规定的公司秘书资格，因此公司将向香港联合交易所有限公司申请豁免严格遵守上市规则第3.28条及第8.17条项下的规定，而曹顺明先生的委任将自该豁免获联交所授出之日起生效。钟曼娜女士(具备上市规则第3.28条及第8.17条所规定的专业资格)的委任自2026年2月28日起生效。钟曼娜女士获委任为授权代表，自2026年2月28日起生效。
