Shares of Vulcan Steel (NZE:VSL, ASX:VSL) rose nearly 2% in recent trade.
Meanwhile, the finance sector fell nearly 3%.
Westpac Banking (NZE:WBC, ASX:WBC) was down past 3% in recent trade.
