智通财经APP获悉，部分钢铁股延续涨势，截至发稿，马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)涨4.74%，报2.87港元；中国罕王(03788)涨2.92%，报4.23港元；亚太资源(01104)涨2.79%，报3.68港元。
消息面上，据Mysteel，华北部分钢企已接到2026年全国重要会议期间临时自主减排通知，要求企业在3月4日至3月11日执行阶段性减排管控，高炉负荷按不低于30%比例自主减排。此外，钢铁2025版新规首批公示，两级分类体系首次落地。
国联民生证券发布研报称，钢企分级是供给侧差异化调控的关键依据，后续将按照分级结果实施产量调控、财税等政策协同，实施产能产量精准调控，两会前后或将是政策验证的关键窗口期。钢铁供给侧有约束预期，钢企利润有望底部回升，分级差异化调控下，引领型龙头企业将进一步受益。
