OUE's Attributable Loss Widens in H2 2025; Shares Down 3%

OUE's (SGX:LJ3) loss attributable to owners widened in the second half of 2025 to SG$314.7 million from SG$190.7 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the healthcare and real estate firm were down nearly 3% in Monday trading.
Loss per share rose to SG$0.4182 compared with SG$0.2515 in the year-ago period.
Revenue slid 2.3% year over year to SG$324.3 million from SG$332.0 million.
The company declared a final dividend of SG$0.01 per share for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, unchanged from a year earlier. The dividend will be paid on May 29.
