智通财经APP获悉，碧桂园服务(06098)涨近4%，截至发稿，涨2.53%，报6.48港元，成交额4122.24万港元。
消息面上，碧桂园服务公布，预期该集团于2025年取得综合收入约人民币482亿至485亿元，较2024年同期增长9.6%至10.2%。董事会预期，在符合公司股息政策及取得相关批准的前提下，2026年度派息目标将以不低于15亿元进行现金派息。
值得注意的是，受满国商誉计提减值及公司主动清理长账龄贸易应收款等因素影响，碧桂园服务预计其2025年未经审核净利润约4.5亿元至6.5亿元；归母净利润约5亿元至7亿元。公告同时指出，满国商誉减值不会计入碧桂园服务的归母核心净利润。公司未经审核归母核心净利润仍达约24亿元至27亿元。
