China Motor Bus' Fiscal H1 Loss Widens Year on Year

China Motor Bus Company (HKG:0026) booked HK$64.4 million in attributable loss for the fiscal first half ended Dec. 31, 2025, widening from a loss of HK$34.2 million in the same period of 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.

Loss per share was HK$1.42, compared with HK$0.76 a year earlier.

Revenue fell to HK$19.5 million from HK$33.3 million in the prior year.

The firm also declared an interim dividend of HK$0.10 per share and a special dividend of HK$1 per share, payable June 23 to shareholders of record on June 3.
