ChainCatcher 消息，Vitalik 在 X 平台发文表示，以太坊自 2016 年初以来一直在讨论账户抽象（AA），现在 EIP-8141 作为一项综合性提案，旨在解决 AA 所涉及的所有剩余问题。该提案的核心概念为“帧事务”，一个事务包含 N 个调用，可读取彼此的调用数据，并能够授权发送方和 gas 支付方。
该机制支持多种使用场景：普通账户交易（如多重签名、可变密钥、抗量子签名方案）通过验证帧和执行帧完成；使用非 ETH 代币支付 gas 费时，可通过支付主合约实现，无需任何中介机构；
隐私协议方面，可通过支付合约验证 ZK-SNARK 或添加二维随机数来实现。在安全性方面，链上层面仅在验证帧返回带有支付 gas 标志的 ACCEPT 时交易才有效，内存池层面初期将采用保守规则，后续逐步扩展。
EIP-8141 与 FOCIL 高度互补，FOCIL 确保交易快速纳入，AA 确保复杂操作可作为一流交易直接执行。该提案还在讨论 EOA 兼容性，原则上可行。经过十余年研究，这些技术有望在一年内通过 Hegota 分叉实现。
