格隆汇3月1日丨中信金融资产(02799.HK)发布公告，董事会收到赵江平女士及袁欣女士的辞职函。赵女士因工作调动，辞去(1)公司非执行董事；(2)董事会风险管理委员会主任；及(3)董事会战略发展委员会、董事会审计委员会及董事会提名和薪酬委员会委员职务。袁女士因工作调动，辞去公司非执行董事职务。根据有关规定，赵女士及袁女士的辞任自2026年2月28日起生效。 董事会于2026年2月28日召开的董事会会议上决议委任(1)项贤春先生为董事会风险管理委员会主任、董事会战略发展委员会委员及董事会提名和薪酬委员会委员；(2)陈远玲女士为董事会关联交易委员会主任及董事会提名和薪酬委员会委员。项先生及陈女士的委员任职自2026年2月28日起生效，任期与其董事任期一致。邵景春先生因任期已届满，自同日起辞任生效，不再担任(1)独立非执行董事；(2)董事会关联交易委员会主任；及(3)董事会战略发展委员会、董事会审计委员会及董事会提名和薪酬委员会委员职务。
