智通财经APP讯，上海石油化工股份(00338)发布公告，碳纤维公司已经完成公开挂牌。2026年2月28日，公司与中国石化股份、碳纤维公司及其他战略投资者(即乌审旗国投集团、东方风电及建信投资)分别签署了增资协议，各方同意按照增资协议规定的条款和条件认购碳纤维公司新增的注册资本。其中，中国石化股份认购新增注册资本人民币30,000万元，增资完成后所占持股比例为25%;剩余增加的注册资本人民币30,000万元由其他战略投资者认购。
碳纤维公司于2025年2月19日成立，截至本公告日，其注册资本为人民币60,000万元。主要从事碳纤维生产销售，主要目标市场为风电叶片用拉挤板材、交通运输材料和储能用新材料。本次增资完成前，碳纤维公司的注册资本为人民币60,000万元，为公司全资附属公司。本次增资完成后，碳纤维公司的注册资本为人民币120,000万元。
