3月1日，上海实业环境（00807）发布公告，公司于2026年2月27日与上实财务订立金融服务协议，约定公司将委聘上实财务提供存款服务、信贷服务及其他金融服务，期限不超过三年。
根据协议，预计公司在上实财务存放的每日存款最高余额（包括应计利息）为20亿元，超过25%的适用百分比率，因此该存款服务构成非豁免持续关联交易。
此外，信贷服务将按一般或更优的商务条款进行，且公司预计仅在不需以其资产作抵押的情况下使用该信贷服务，故该信贷服务获得全面豁免遵守相关规定。其他金融服务的费用预计低于相关豁免水平，因此也获豁免相关规定。公司将于股东周年大会上审议及酌情批准该金融服务协议下的存款服务年度上限。
