消息面上，3月3日，兆易创新发布公告，为助力公司把握集成电路等行业发展机遇，通过与专业投资机构深度合作，拓宽公司在前沿技术领域的产业布局，公司拟作为有限合伙人以自有资金出资人民币4亿元认购北京石溪清流私募基金管理有限公司(以下简称“管理人”、 “普通合伙人”或“执行事务合伙人”)发起设立的上海石溪兆易智芯创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(拟定名，以实际注册登记为准)。
基金将主要对集成电路等行业的未上市企业进行投资，其中投资于集成电路领域的投资额不低于基金认缴出资总额的70%。投资阶段为早期企业、中小企业和高新技术企业。
基金认缴出资额为人民币15.46亿元，公司拟以自有资金认缴出资人民币4亿元，约占基金认缴出资总额的 25.87%(基金尚处于募集阶段，基金总认缴出资额及公司持有基金份额比例以最终募集完成情况为准)。公司拟就上述投资事项与普通合伙人及其他基金合伙人签署《上海石溪兆易智芯创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)合伙协议》及相关法律文件。
