　　因相关信息非公开而不愿具名的知情人士表示，中东冲突扩大之际，生产商采取预防性措施削减了产量，每天约20万桶的原油输送已关停。他们表示，目前每天仅生产约5万桶用于当地消费。

　　伊拉克北部库尔德斯坦地区的能源基础设施在以往的动荡中曾多次成为袭击目标。
