智通财经APP讯，瑞博生物-B(06938)公布，集团自主研发的RBD7022注射液已由合作方齐鲁制药有限公司(齐鲁制药)完成III期临床试验登记公示，即将启动III期临床试验。
RBD7022注射液是一款靶向PCSK9的siRNA药物。PCSK9是一种酶，在调节体内胆固醇，尤其是通常被称为“LDL-C”或“坏胆固醇”的低密度脂蛋白(LDL)胆固醇的水平方面起关键作用，可作为管理高胆固醇血症的一种治疗选择，旨在降低与高胆固醇水平相关的心血管疾病风险。2023年12月，公司将RBD7022注射液在中国内地、中国香港和中国澳门开发、生产和商业化的独家权利授予齐鲁制药。
