智通财经APP讯，康特隆(01912)公布，于2026年2月27日，公司两间全资附属公司，飞凌电子有限公司及英浩科技有限公司(统称“附属公司”)接获冯涛女士(呈请人)根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例向香港特别行政区高等法院提交的两份清盘呈请，内容有关该等附属公司应该因为资不抵债且无法偿还债务而被高等法院清盘。呈请将定于2026年5月6日于高等法院由聆案官聆讯。
该等呈请乃基于附属公司未能偿还据称总额分别为55万美元(约429万港元)及人民币1400万元(约1540万港元)的声称借款协议项下的债务连同其应计利息。于本公告日期，高等法院概无发出清盘令以将任何附属公司清盘。
公司及相关附属公司坚决否认呈请书中所作出的指控，并严正争议所声称债务的存在。集团现正代表附属公司就该等呈请征询法律意见，以期采取适当措施反对及抗辩该等呈请。
