3月2日，近日，中国工程院外籍院士、清华大学智能产业研究院(AIR)创始院长张亚勤预测表示，未来10年，人类有望实现一周仅工作2天，且薪资水平更高。他认为这一愿景并非空想，从最早的每周工作7天到6天、5天，并且目前很多欧洲国家探索并实行了4天工作制，一周工作2天应是技术驱动下的必然趋势。
张亚勤表示，随着AI与机器人技术的爆发式发展，2035年全球机器人数量预计将超过人类总人口，大量重复性体力与基础脑力劳动将被AI所替代。生产力大幅提升后，人类工作时长将被缩短，从每周5天逐步过渡到每周2天，工作内容转向人文审美、情感交流等高价值环节，实现工时更少、收入更高、生活更优。
同时，张亚勤也提醒，这一变革需要解决就业结构转型、收入分配公平、AI伦理与安全等关键问题，通过合理制度设计，让技术红利惠及更多人，避免贫富差距扩大，真正实现人与机器协同发展。
