马来西亚反腐机构周三表示，正对马来西亚政府与英国芯片公司Arm Holdings之间涉及11亿林吉特（约合2.79亿美元）的交易展开调查，该交易涉嫌腐败与欺诈。

　　马来西亚反贪污委员会主席阿赞·巴吉在新闻发布会上称，有关部门同时也在调查当地企业集团Sunway拟收购IJM集团一案。

　　阿赞表示，截至目前，已有12人被传唤就Arm Holdings相关交易提供证词，其中包括一名前部长，以及经济部和马来西亚投资机构的官员。

　　他称，反腐部门正在调查与安谋交易相关的滥用职权、欺诈及治理问题。

　　阿赞说：“我们将以公正、专业的态度调查此事。”他补充道，还会传唤更多证人协助调查。

　　根据2025年3月公布的协议，马来西亚政府同意在10年内向安谋支付2.5亿美元，以获取该公司的芯片设计方案，供本地厂商使用。
