新华财经北京3月3日电（记者陆宇航）记者从工商银行获悉，2025年末，工商银行制造业和科技金融贴现余额均突破万亿元大关，累计服务企业近5万户。其中，2025年全年制造业贴现量近3.3万亿元、科技金融贴现量超2.5万亿元。
2025年末，工商银行战略性新兴产业贴现余额近5400亿元，贴现业务服务专精特新“小巨人”客户数同比增长210%。其中，围绕科技型企业特点，该行充分发挥票据业务成本低、效率高的优势，创新推出“科技创享贴”专属产品，构建科技型企业全生命周期票据服务方案，精准满足科技型企业融资需求。
据介绍，线上，工商银行深度参与全国统一票据市场创新建设，在去年11月上海票据交易所打造的票据综合服务平台正式面向全市场开放的当日，成功落地该平台全市场首笔票据贴现业务，有效提升票据业务数字化、智能化水平。线下，工商银行将票据业务下沉至基层网点，把专业金融服务送到企业“家门口”，持续提升票据融资服务的普惠性与可得性。
此外，依托金融科技优势，工商银行推动技术创新与票据业务深度融合。其中，利用AI模型打造“智能识别-高效审核-全景分析”的票据业务链式服务体系，实现了贸易背景资料“快速上传-智能识别-关键要素提取-多维度交叉验证”的自动化处理，在减少操作误差的同时，将原本数小时的审核时长压缩至分钟级，大幅提升贴现办理效率，优化企业票据贴现服务体验。
