　　3月3日，集运指数欧线实现连续第二日涨停。多家国际航运巨头纷纷采取避险措施并上调费用。赫伯罗特以风险为由，对每20呎货柜加收1500美元附加费；达飞海运则对该区域订舱每个20呎货柜加收2000美元附加费，进一步加剧了航运成本压力。
