** Stock set for worst intraday trading session since December 16, 2024

** Diversified miner to raise A$55 mln (~$39 mln) via placement at issue price of A$0.086/share

** Issue price represents 28.3% discount to Friday's close; stock on trading halt on Monday at co's request
