智通财经APP讯，太平洋航运(02343)发布公告，公司拟实施由2026年3月4日至2026年12月31日(首尾两天包括在内)的股份购回计划。股份购回计划将通过行使董事会于2025年4月25日举行的股东周年大会上就股东向董事会授予购回股份的现有一般授权及董事会于2026年4月22日举行的应届股东周年大会上就建议股东向董事会授予购回股份的一般授权下的权力而实施。
用于购回股份的资金上限：上限为4000万美元(相当于约3.12亿港元)。仅供说明，倘4000万美元获悉数使用，按股份于2026年3月3日的收市价每股3.56港元计算，于本公告日期可购回的股份占已发行股份总数约1.70%。
本公司的财务状况仍然稳健。董事会相信，股份购回计划反映本公司对其长远业务前景及增长潜力的信心。此外，本公司相信，通过实施股份购回计划来积极优化资本架构，预计会提高其每股盈利、每股资产净值及股东回报。
