智通财经APP讯，特海国际(09658)发布公告，本集团预计，于截至2025年12月31日止年度，将取得不低于8.4亿美元的收入，而于截至2024年12月31日止年度的收入为7.78亿美元;及于截至2025年12月31日止年度，将取得本公司拥有人应占利润不低于3400万美元，而于截至2024年12月31日止年度，本公司拥有人应占利润约为2180万美元。
基于目前可获得的资料，董事会认为，本公司拥有人应占利润的增长主要是由于汇兑收益净额，预计于截至2025年12月31日止年度将约为1400万美元(截至2024年12月31日止年度：汇兑亏损净额1970万美元)。该项变动主要是由于2025年度汇率波动导致的货币项目重估产生的未变现汇兑收益，而该等货币项目以非呈报货币(美元)计价。尽管本公司拥有人应占利润有所增长，但本集团餐厅层面经营溢利率较上年略有下降，主要由于本集团在2025年上半年采取主动让利的策略，持续增加对顾客、员工的投入，导致员工成本、原材料成本及其他营业开支出现预期性增加。
