智通财经APP获悉，海致科技集团(02706)盘中涨超10%，截至发稿，涨6.93%，报91港元，成交额2.02亿港元。
消息面上，近日，海致科技集团宣布与智谱订立战略合作框架协议，双方将在模型训练、应用场景落地等领域开展深度战略合作，依托海致的图模融合技术(如Atlas图谱)与智谱的大模型能力互补。据悉，截至目前，海致科技Atlas智能体已兼容百余款大模型、覆盖百余个应用场景。按2024年营业收入计，公司在中国以图为核心的AI智能体提供商中位列第一，市场份额达到50%。
值得一提的是，MiniMax公布的业内首份AI大模型公司财报超预期。业绩显示，其在2025年实现总收入7903.8万美元，同比增长158.9%。另据此前OpenRouter数据，2月中国AI的模型调用量爆发式增长，首次超过美国。国元证券认为，经过持续的大规模投入，基础大模型成熟度持续提升，通过Token消耗量的快速增长，商业化已经开启，建议关注基础大模型厂商及具备应用落地的服务类公司。
