智通财经APP讯，华亿金控(08123)发布公告，本公司建议实施股本重组，涉及以下方面：(i)本公司已发行及未发行每股面值0.01港元的现有股份每60股合并为一股每股面值0.60港元的合并股份;
(ii)(a)股本削减，据此，紧随股份合并生效后;透过以每股已发行合并股份0.59港元为限注销实缴股本，将每股已发行合并股份的面值由0.60港元削减至0.01港元;及(b)股本削减所产生之进账将用于抵销本公司于资本削减生效日期的累计亏损，从而减少本公司的累计亏损;及(iii)股份拆细，紧随股本削减生效后，每股面值0.60港元之法定但未发行合并股份(包括因股本削减而产生之法定但未发行合并股份)拆细为60股每股面值0.01港元之新股份。
于本公告日期，现有股份以每手买卖单位6,000股现有股份于联交所买卖。于股本重组生效后，于联交所买卖新股份之每手买卖单位将变更为5,000股新股份。
