智通财经APP讯，山水水泥(00691)公布2025年业绩，营业收入约人民币115.61亿元，较2024年度减少20.3%;归属于公司股东的亏损约9.83亿元，同比增长约599.11%;每股基本亏损0.23元。
截至2025年12月31日，该集团水泥产能9,655万吨，熟料产能5,143万吨，商品混凝土产能1,811万立方米。报告期内，集团销售水泥、熟料合计4296.8万吨，同比减少17.0%;销售商品混凝土169.5万立方米，同比减少25.4%。
公告称，收益减少主要由于本年度水泥销量同比减少14.9%及价格同比下降4.7%所致。亏损主要由于水泥受市场需求疲弱，价量齐跌，营业毛利下滑，及停产企业或产线相关厂房设备等固定资产估列减值损失增加，全年度亏损较去年同期增加9.02亿元。
