智通财经APP讯，法拉帝(09638)公布，有关 KKCG Maritime提出自愿附带条件的部分公开收购要约，以收购最多约5213.29万股Ferretti股份，占Ferretti已认购及缴足股本的15.4%(即要约)，于2026年3月3日，意大利部长会议主席根据黄金权力法，就KKCG Maritime根据要约收购股份明确授出其授权，且未施加任何条件、承诺、义务或要求。尤其是，意大利部长会议主席一方面认可 Ferretti的战略重要性，另一方面确定，就因要约而可能增加KKCG Maritime于Ferretti的股权而言，行使黄金权力法项下的特别权力的条件尚未达成。因此，要约文件第A.2节第(ii)段所载的条件已达成。
