智通财经APP讯，华侨城(亚洲)(03366)发布公告，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(2025年度)的本公司权益持有人应占亏损为不超过人民币18亿元。与截至2024年12月31日止年度的本公司权益持有人应占亏损约人民币1.7亿元相比，亏损增加主要原因有(其中包括)：(i)2024年同期出售综合开发项目股权实现一次性投资收益，2025年度未发生具相若影响的同类股权出售交易;(ii)为增强公司流动性，优化资源配置，根据市场情况动态调整经营及销售策略，2025年度对部分综合开发项目的存货及在建工程计提减值损失，同时对部分联合营公司的投资确认投资损失和计提减值。
