中金发布研报称，柴油大缸径发动机是全球数据中心备用电源柴油发电机组的核心部件，康明斯、卡特彼勒、MTU等外资品牌主导，当前产能短缺、交付紧张。据该行测算，近两年潍柴、玉柴、上柴等自主品牌在国内数据中心市场份额稳步提升，完成了产品技术力的验证和应用经验的积累，有望凭借产能与性价比优势加速出海。其中，潍柴及其子品牌博杜安逐步积累了PSI、Generac等海外客户及渠道资源，成功实现美国、亚太等地区数据中心场景的产品交付。
价格端，华源证券指出，全球数据中心柴发市场以康明斯、MTU、卡特彼勒等外资为主，外资企业扩产周期长且谨慎，目前海外供应链紧张态势已显现，国产供应商有望凭借价格及交期优势逐步提升全球市占率。另外，国内单机平均价格接近300万元，2024年起柴发价格持续上涨，采用海外发动机的机组价格涨幅已达约20%，纯外资原装机组价格已超300万元/台，因此在存在供给缺口的背景下，国产柴发供应商的交付价格及盈利均有提升空间。
