　　本报讯 （记者 王继红 通讯员 李若龙） 3月4日，记者从衢州海关获悉，浙江夏王纸业有限公司（以下简称“夏王纸业”）顺利通过AEO认证。至此，我市AEO企业数达13家。

　　AEO（Authorized Economic Operator）即“经认证的经营者”，是由世界海关组织（WCO）倡导的制度。获得AEO认证，意味着企业供应链安全、合规水平和贸易安全获得本国乃至国际海关认可，拥有国际贸易的“绿色通行证”，将获得通关便利和优惠措施。

　　夏王纸业是全球高档装饰原纸行业龙头，产品远销欧洲、澳洲、东南亚等地。“拿到AEO认证，就像拿到国际市场的VIP卡。”夏王纸业总经理王瑾说，“公司将进一步提升产品质量和国际服务能力，稳步扩大外贸市场规模。”

　　自2011年我市首家企业通过AEO认证以来，通过AEO认证的企业不断增多，在衢州开放型经济发展中的作用也日益凸显。2025年，衢州AEO企业实现外贸进出口额240.2亿元，占全市进出口总值的近三成，成为稳住外贸基本盘的“压舱石”。

　　衢州海关相关负责人表示，将进一步扩大AEO企业培育的覆盖面，帮助更多优质外贸企业提升进出口合规管理水平，落实好海关高级认证企业便利化措施，更好地服务衢州开放型经济高质量发展。
