高盛表示，京东是被低估的差异化企业，其拥有领先的零售商规模、独特的“自营在线直销+平台”模式，以及行业领先的自建仓储和供应链能力。公司2026年指引积极，零售中个位数增长，物流收入增逾20%、利润增速更快，叠加AI加速落地与新业务投入，盈利韧性为估值提供清晰支撑与安全边际。
