** Shares of healthcare tech firm Veeva Systems VEEV.N rise 11.3% to $209.8 premarket
** VEEV said late on Wednesday it expects FY 2026 revenue of $3.58 billion to $3.6 billion, above analysts' average estimate of $3.2 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Co projects an annual adjusted profit of $8.85 per share, vs. an estimate of $8.1 per share
** VEEV also beat Wall Street estimates for fourth-quarter revenue and profit
** As of last close, VEEV down 15.7% YTD
